Indica
Cannabis Hemp Indica Definition
The annual cannabis plant, indica strain is a putative species of the genus Cannabis. Whether it and sativa are truly separate species also depends on who you ask!
Cannabis indica produces large amounts of delta-9 THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol. Indica strains are known for their strong, euphoric effects that provide a sense of relaxation and peace. These properties make indica popular amongst medical marijuana users who want relief from chronic pain or other ailments without getting high on THC alone; however it also has some side-effects like paranoia in certain individuals when abused heavily which is why this type should only be used responsibly.

Indica Dominant
An indica-dominant strain from hemp flower, delta-8 flower or marijuana are made from a hybrid (combination) of an indica strain and sativa strain, but it has a higher percentage of indica in terms of its growth pattern and the effects it has on the end user. A purely indica strain would have no sativa (energetic) characteristics whatsoever.
